Welcome to Mamma Bakes!

 

Founded by me, Erin, a passionate mother of two with a love for anything vintage, jazz and baking!

 

My humble business is rooted in cherished family recipes passed down from generations. Where making as much as possible from scratch, and sourcing local produce is at the heart of my business.

 

Since rebranding from Mamma Raf (my mums business for 40 years!) we've been delighted to partner with local businesses and have earned accolades, including a GOLD award in the Taste of The West for our indulgent chocolate brownies.

 

Specialising in both buttercream and fondant bespoke bakes we work closely with our clients to create stunning centerpieces for any occasion.​
