It's all in the flavour  

All Bakes are made fresh to order, using local produce and suppliers where possible, including flower from Shipton Mill, local free range eggs, local conserve and filling providers, as well as some filings made from scratch by me- Mamma Bakes.

We do offer cakes for those with allergies and do our best to ensure there is no cross contamination. However, all bakes are made in the same kitchen where allergens will have been precent 

​

We have a wide variety of choices when it comes to flavours, with this in mind, we don't want to overwhelm you in one go, therefore do pop us a message using the button at the bottom of this page, to request a full flavour list.

In the meantime, to keep your tastebuds tingling, here are just some of the scrummy options available from Mamma Bakes.

· Classic vanilla - (strawberry conserve and hand whipped vanilla buttercream) topped with powdered sugar or buttercream

​

· Zesty lemon- with lemon curd center and hand whipped lemon zested sponge.

​

· Sweet caramel sponge with caramel buttercream and drizzle *(can’t be dairy free)

​

· Vanilla sponge with white chocolate chunks baked in, filled with a raspberry conserve and topped with a white chocolate buttercream.

​

· Rich chocolate, layered with Belgium chocolate buttercream 

​

· Coffee and walnut sponge (using decaf coffee) – topped with half and chopped walnuts

​

· Rev velvet – morish redvelvet sponge, layered with mascarpone frosting *(a dairy free cheese can be used)

​

· Biscoff – spiced Biscoff sponge, with baked in Biscoff biscuits, layered with Biscoff buttercream and finished with a Biscoff drizzle * (this cant be made allergen friendly at this time)

​

· Delicious carrot cake with mascarpone frosting, and a touch of spice*(a dairy free cheese can be used)

​

· Pistachio, rose and white chocolate- light pistachio and white chocolate sponge, with a subtle rose buttercream and finished with dried rose petals, pistachios.

​

· Chocolate fudge cake- fudgy layers of chocolate, with ganache filling and topping- even better served slightly warmed. (this can’t be allergen friendly at this time)

Other Bakes

We can also offer our GOLD award winning, taste of the West brownies in various flavours, such as indulgent chocolate, salted caramel and triple chocolate to name a few.

Rocky road available in - Milk chocolate, white chocolate and raspberry or Biscoff.

 

Old skool cake- vanilla sponge topped with set icing and sprinkles

Vanilla sugar cookies with fondant iced tops (these can be personalised)

 

Chocolate chip cookies 

 

Mamma's jammy hearts- 2 biscuits sandwiched together with a jammy heart core
